As the Head Barista, you'll be the creative force behind our coffee menu, crafting exceptional beverages that delight our customers. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for high-quality coffee and exceptional customer service. Additionally, you'll oversee the entire café operations, from inventory management to staff training, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of baristas, ensuring they maintain the highest standards of coffee quality and customer service.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive coffee menu, incorporating seasonal and innovative offerings.
• Oversee daily café operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and quality control.
• Train and develop new baristas, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manage food and beverage suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality ingredients.
• Monitor café performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling standards.
• Collaborate with the café's management team to drive strategic initiatives and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a barista or café management role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Proven expertise in coffee brewing techniques, including espresso, pour-over, and specialty coffee methods.
• Certification in coffee quality assurance or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of food and beverage regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
