📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist clients with visa applications, including work visas, student visas, and family reunification visas.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure all documents and information are accurate and complete.
• Coordinate with government agencies, embassies, and other stakeholders to facilitate visa processing.
• Provide personalized client consultations and advice to address their specific immigration needs.
• Manage client expectations and communicate progress updates in a clear and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all visa applications and client interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our visa services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration and visa processing.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian immigration laws and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
• Familiarity with visa application software and tools such as VisaPro or similar systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
