Legal Permit & Compliance Officer

Ganesha Operation is seeking a meticulous and proactive Legal Permit & Compliance Officer to join our team in Bandung. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Obtain and maintain various permits and licenses, including SIUP, TDP, and NPWP.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and labor laws.
• Conduct legal due diligence and provide legal advice to the management team.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.
• Monitor and report on legal risks, and ensure that our business operations are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that our business activities are conducted in a legally sound manner.
• Provide training and support to other team members on legal and compliance matters.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in Indonesian legal and regulatory environment, and ensure that our business operations are in compliance with these changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and compliance, with a focus on business operations.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian legal and regulatory environment.
• Experience with SAP and Oracle, and other relevant legal software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Fluency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
