📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery in kitchens, dining areas, and support spaces.
Inspect and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other critical infrastructure.
Conduct routine cleaning and sanitization of facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Troubleshoot and repair minor issues to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
Monitor and report on the condition of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues before they escalate.
Ensure all maintenance work is documented and recorded in the company's maintenance management system (e.g., SAP PM).
Participate in safety drills and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in preventive maintenance, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other critical infrastructure.
Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as SAP PM.
Valid certification in electrical safety or a related field is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 30 kg.
