📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Process payroll and manage employee benefits.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making.,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial statements on time.,Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow management.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Provide support in financial audits and internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial management.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
