As an Assistant HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in various HR activities and processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.,Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs, including onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training.,Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.,Support the HR team in the administration of payroll and other HR-related tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as ATS, payroll systems, and employee databases.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
