Rejeki Gilang Bakery is looking for an Assistant Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our inventory system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. You will work closely with the production and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update inventory records accurately and efficiently,Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder requests as needed,Work with the production team to ensure accurate stock levels for production,Coordinate with suppliers to manage stock deliveries and returns,Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management systems,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Provide reports and analysis on inventory trends and performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Inventory Management, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role,Strong organizational and analytical skills,Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with baking and food production processes is a plus,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus
