📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking pastries and desserts.,Ensure all pastries and desserts are made according to recipes and quality standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Assist in inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies.,Help in the preparation of ingredients and doughs.,Assist in the daily cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.,Support the Head Pastry Chef in training and developing junior staff.,Assist in the preparation of special orders and custom desserts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef or similar role is a plus.,Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen safety and hygiene practices.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
