📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain project budgets and cost estimates using industry-standard software like MS Project and Primavera.
• Monitor project costs, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Manage subcontractor agreements, including contract administration, payment schedules, and performance monitoring.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for project stakeholders, providing insights into cost performance and financial health.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to drive project success.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in commercial management and quantity surveying.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial management and quantity surveying, with a strong track record in engineering, civil, and construction projects.
• Proficiency in using commercial management and quantity surveying software, including MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.
• Certification in commercial management and quantity surveying is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
