As a Customer / Project Quality Management Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and improving the quality of our IoT projects from inception to delivery. You will work with project managers, engineers, and quality assurance teams to implement best practices and ensure that our products meet and exceed customer expectations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement quality management systems for IoT projects, including ISO 9001 and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and ensure on-time delivery of projects.
• Train and mentor team members on quality management best practices and tools.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in IoT quality management.
• Participate in project reviews and provide quality assurance recommendations.
• Ensure that all quality documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the IoT or telecommunications industry.
• Certifications in ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or other relevant quality management standards.
• Proficient in using quality management software such as Minitab, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with IoT technologies and standards such as LTE-M, NB-IoT, and 5G.
• Ability to travel as required by project needs.
