📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Stocking and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
  • Assisting in the preparation of special dishes for events and promotions.
  • Participating in training and development programs for kitchen staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assisting in the maintenance and cleaning of kitchen equipment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Good physical fitness and stamina.
