📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Operations Manager.,Train and supervise junior staff to maintain high standards of service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in retail or operations.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and sales operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
