Nest Plus Lestari is seeking a dedicated Deputy Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes. You will work closely with the Purchasing Manager to source and negotiate with suppliers, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of goods.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.

Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Prepare and maintain purchase orders and invoices.

Conduct regular supplier evaluations and maintain supplier relationships.

Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analysis.

Support the Purchasing Manager in any additional tasks as required.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing role.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
