📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.,Manage and train retail sales staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in product development and promotion activities.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail management software.,Ability to travel and work in different locations.
