As a Deputy Telesales, you will play a crucial role in supporting our telesales team. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in outbound and inbound calls, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in managing outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Support the telesales team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Assist in training and mentoring new team members.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
