CV Melati Pilar is seeking a dedicated Internal Audit professional to join our team in Pontianak. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work both in the office and remotely, ensuring flexibility and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls and processes.
  • Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.
  • Collaborating with various departments to gather necessary information and evidence.
  • Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control procedures.
  • Staying updated with the latest auditing standards and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.
  • Professional certification in auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using auditing software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
