📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our customers.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Follow all health and safety regulations.,Keep accurate records of food inventory and usage.,Assist in training and developing junior staff members.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
