📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.,Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Work closely with other departments to ensure that IT systems meet their needs.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.,Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.,Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
