📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide pharmaceutical care and support to patients, ensuring they receive the correct medications and advice.,Manage the pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications.,Lead a team of pharmacist assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver excellent patient care.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.,Provide training and development opportunities for the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with pharmacy management software and systems.
