📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of QC staff to ensure the quality of our products and services.
  • Developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures.
  • Monitoring and analyzing quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conducting quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Providing training and guidance to QC staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the production process.
  • Reporting on quality metrics and performance to senior management.
  • Ensuring that all quality control activities are in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Control, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Lead QC Staff or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of QC staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in quality control.
