📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Manage and mentor a team of retail sales consultants, providing guidance and support.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients and partners.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in training and development programs for the sales team.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive sales growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong leadership and team management skills.
