📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor security systems and respond to any security breaches or alarms.,Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises to ensure compliance with security protocols.,Investigate and report any security incidents or suspicious activities.,Manage and supervise a team of security guards, providing training and guidance as needed.,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other security personnel as required.,Maintain accurate and detailed security logs and reports.,Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of the premises and its occupants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing and supervising a team of security personnel.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent experience.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks.
