📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and reports.,Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.,Conduct financial analysis to provide insights for decision-making.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Prepare and review budgets and forecasts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.
