📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design effective training solutions.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand training needs and expectations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management systems and e-learning platforms.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for learning and development.
