Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's standards and requirements.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.Conduct interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.Maintain a strong network with potential candidates through various channels.Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
