📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of branch activities and financial transactions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.,Promote and uphold the company's values and policies.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.,Represent the company at various events and meetings, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
