📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Provide training and support to retail partners on product knowledge and sales techniques.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.,Report on sales performance and provide insights to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or consulting.,Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital sales strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and retail landscape is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
