📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the day-to-day accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing and payment of taxes.
  • Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Manage and mentor junior accountants and staff.
  • Participate in financial planning and budgeting processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Previous experience in a multinational or international company is a plus.
