🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.,Experience with cybersecurity best practices and tools.,Familiarity with common software applications and operating systems.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
