📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure product quality and safety.
  • Developing and implementing new testing procedures and methodologies.
  • Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment.
  • Recording and analyzing test results, and preparing reports for management.
  • Training and mentoring junior lab technicians.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective product development and testing.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Chemistry, Biology, or Environmental Science.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and equipment.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
