🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using operational software and tools,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Leadership and team management experience
