📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure technical content is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and correctness.,Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide training and support to junior technical writers.,Contribute to the improvement of technical writing processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.,Experience with API documentation and software development processes is a plus.
