As a Staff EXIM, you will work closely with our international partners, handling documentation, negotiations, and logistics. Your ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong business relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage export and import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and commercial invoices.
  • Coordinate with international partners for smooth trade transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
  • Handle logistics and shipping arrangements for exported goods.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with international clients.
  • Monitor and report on export and import activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all trade transactions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of export and import strategies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in export and import operations.
  • Strong command of Mandarin (both written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant trade software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
