📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including inventory, sales, and customer service,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Assist in the preparation and organization of merchandise displays,Monitor sales performance and report to the store manager,Perform cash handling duties accurately and securely,Maintain accurate records of store transactions and inventory,Assist in the implementation of store policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in retail or administrative roles is preferred,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Detail-oriented and organized,Familiarity with basic computer skills and software,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg
