📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 employees to ensure they meet their performance targets.,Coordinate and supervise team activities to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Develop and implement training programs to improve team skills and knowledge.,Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are aware of their roles and responsibilities.,Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to help team members improve.,Delegate tasks effectively to ensure that all team members are working efficiently and effectively.,Ensure that all team members are aware of company policies and procedures and that they are complying with them.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in managing a team in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.,Ability to use technology and software to support team management.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
