📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Write clear, concise, and accurate documentation that is easy to understand for end-users,Ensure consistency in terminology, style, and formatting across all documentation,Review and edit documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar,Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
