📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and reconcile daily transactions for multiple clients using QuickBooks or Xero
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage payroll processing for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure timely submission
• Provide financial advice and support to SME clients, helping them make informed business decisions
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial data
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in a similar role
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
