📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Supervise the installation and assembly of prefabricated structures, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
• Manage project documentation, including permits, blueprints, and safety data sheets.
• Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including those set by the Indonesian National Standardization Agency (BSN).
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure that construction plans are feasible and practical.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction foreman roles, preferably in prefabricated structures.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Procore.
• Valid construction foreman certification or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
