📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and recover outstanding payments from customers
• Utilize SAP and CRM systems to track and manage collections
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate payment recovery
• Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans
• Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collections
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
• Work closely with the collections team to achieve targets
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in debt recovery

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt recovery or related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using SAP and CRM systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good understanding of Indonesian financial regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Familiarity with the banking and financial services industry
• Must be able to travel to various locations in Balikpapan and surrounding areas
