📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of laboratory, pharmaceutical, and healthcare facilities.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure effective communication and teamwork.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on laboratory, pharmaceutical, or healthcare facilities.
• Certification in Construction Management (e.g., PMP, CMMP) is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
