📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain sales and inventory data using SAP and Excel.
- Process and verify sales transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Update and maintain inventory records, including stock levels and reorder points.
- Generate and analyze sales and inventory reports to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or inventory management.
- Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
