• Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Lead and mentor a team of growth strategists and analysts.
• Present growth strategies and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on the progress of growth initiatives, providing regular updates and recommendations.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in growth strategy, business development, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of driving exponential growth in a tech or innovation company.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Certification in growth hacking or digital marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with the tech and innovation landscape in Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
