📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user feedback and market trends.
• Create and maintain product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Develop and refine product roadmaps and strategies in alignment with business goals.
• Conduct UX research and usability testing to inform product decisions.
• Work with designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of UX principles into product development.
• Track and report on key product metrics and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
• Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of product features.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in product development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in product management, UX research, or a related field.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
