📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver daily brain training programs for children aged 3-6, using evidence-based methodologies and interactive tools.
• Create engaging and age-appropriate activities that enhance cognitive, motor, and social skills.
• Collaborate with the education and technology teams to ensure that our programs are both effective and enjoyable for the children.
• Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback and recommendations to parents and educators.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in neuroeducation and early childhood development.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our brain training programs.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children.
• Work closely with parents and educators to support the overall development of the children in our programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a brain training or cognitive development role.
• Certification in early childhood education or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Experience with using educational software and interactive tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
