HR Development & Services Specialist

Join Megariamas Sentosa as an HR Development & Services Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce through strategic training and development initiatives. This position is ideal for a dynamic HR professional with expertise in KPIs, Training Needs Analysis, and Employee Engagement.

Based in Jakarta Utara, you'll work closely with our team to develop and implement training programs that align with our company's goals. You'll be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills gaps and development opportunities for employees.
• Develop and implement training programs using tools like Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and LMS (Learning Management System).
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs and feedback from participants.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet departmental needs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR development and training.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR development and training.
• Proven experience in conducting training needs analysis and developing training programs.
• Knowledge of KPIs and employee engagement metrics.
• Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and LMS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
