In this role, you'll manage daily operations, including stock management, customer service, and sales targets. With a focus on both customer experience and sales performance, you'll play a key role in maintaining Clarins' reputation for excellence in Medan.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily store operations, including inventory control and sales reporting.
• Train and mentor beauty advisors to ensure high standards of customer service.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective team leadership.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking to ensure product availability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury beauty or skincare.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems like SAP or similar retail software.
• Knowledge of beauty industry trends and Clarins products is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
