📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create detailed architectural and engineering drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop technical plans and specifications.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and sustainable design principles.
• Review and approve drawings for accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Prepare construction documents, including blueprints, floor plans, and elevation drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to address any discrepancies in drawings.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural and engineering drafting.
• Contribute to the development of sustainable design solutions for the resort.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural or engineering drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Familiarity with LEED or other sustainable design certifications is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in eco-luxury or sustainable design projects is a plus.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
