EHSS Senior Engineer

As an EHSS Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with EHSS regulations and standards, and in promoting a culture of safety and health across our operations.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement EHSS programs, conduct risk assessments, and provide training and guidance to employees. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on EHSS performance, and for ensuring that our operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. With your expertise and experience, you will help Private Advertiser to achieve its goals and to create a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement EHSS programs and initiatives to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on EHSS best practices and procedures.
• Monitor and report on EHSS performance, and ensure that corrective actions are taken as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement EHSS strategies and initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in EHSS, and recommend improvements to our programs and processes.
• Ensure that all EHSS activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and that all necessary documentation is maintained and updated.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on EHSS matters, and provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHSS, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Certification in EHSS, such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST), is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, including OSHA, ISO 45001, and other relevant standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using EHSS software and tools, such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and other relevant applications.
• Ability to travel and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and hazards.
