📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery in kitchens, dining areas, and support spaces.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other critical infrastructure.
• Conduct routine cleaning and sanitization of facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor issues to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Monitor and report on the condition of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Ensure all maintenance work is documented and recorded in the company's maintenance management system (e.g., SAP PM).
• Participate in safety drills and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in preventive maintenance, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other critical infrastructure.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as SAP PM.
• Valid certification in electrical safety or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 30 kg.
