Evans Indonesia is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Fresh Graduate to join our Procurement team as a Procurement Assistant Manager. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their careers in procurement and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing company.

As a Procurement Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement process, from supplier selection to contract management. You will work closely with the Procurement Manager and other departments to ensure that the company's procurement needs are met efficiently and effectively.

This is a full-time position based in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur, with a competitive salary ranging from IDR 6,000,000 to IDR 8,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Support the Procurement Manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement best practices.
• Support the Procurement Manager in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
• Assist in the training and development of procurement staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
